Ready to Level Up Your Hockey Game? Join our 6-week adult hockey program and give your skills a boost!

We're all about making you more confident and capable on the ice. We'll teach you the core moves and help you get better at the things you already do. Plus, we'll sprinkle in some simple team ideas so you know what's going on around the rink. If you started playing later in life or you're dusting off those old skates, this is the perfect place to jump in and have a great time.

What You'll Get Out Of It:

Smoother Skating: We'll work on adding stride length, better edge-work, and feeling more comfortable on your feet.
Better Puck Handling: Learn to control the puck like a pro (or at least someone who knows what they're doing!).
Sharper Shots and Passes: We'll help you aim better and get the puck where it needs to go.
Smart Moves: Discover some easy tricks to protect the puck and get away from defenders.
Team Basics: Get a handle on what to do in different parts of the ice – offense and defense made simple.
Game Smarts: Understand the flow of the game better so you can react faster and make smarter plays.

What We Need From You:

Basic Skating Skills: You should be able to skate forwards and backwards (even if awkwardly).
All Your Gear: Gotta have the full hockey getup to stay safe.
Curiosity: A desire to learn game play strategies such as positioning, in-game decisions, line changes, power play and penalty kill basics.
A Desire to Get Better! A willingness to challenge yourself in skating techniques including forward and backward skating, and pivoting.
